It's never too early to prepare for the 2023 Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair. To assist you in your summer plans next year, the following information is provided:

Location:

• The Chassell Centennial Park parking lot and grounds in Chassell, Michigan

Dates/Times:

• Friday, July 7, 2023

  • Setup: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM​

  • Show: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Saturday, July 8, 2023​

  • Setup: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM​

  • Show: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• NOTE: Exceptions to setup times must be cleared through the show committee; otherwise there will be no early setup. Vehicles must be removed from the craft/vendor area 30 minutes prior to show start.​

Fee:

• $50.00 for one 10 foot by 10 foot space ($51.50 if paid online)

• $10.00 for an RV Parking space (see below) ($10.30 if paid online)

​

Restrictions:

• Food sales are limited to pre-packaged, sealed items such as jam, syrup, or baked goods. All items sold at the fair must be pre-approved. Sales of pyrotechnics of any kind, or weapons, are strictly prohibited. No political parties or campaigns. Exhibitors provide tables, chairs, and awnings.  Security or electrical power is not provided by the Lions Club.

RV Parking:

• Limited space is available for RV’s at the boat ramp parking area on Friday night only. Please indicate on your registration if you wish to reserve a space. A $10.00 fee ($11 if paid on line) will be assessed for this service. Water and electricity is not available. Toilet facilities are available however.

Registration:

• Pre-registration and payment using the attached form is required. Early registration is encouraged. Returning exhibiters will be given priority for their previous year’s space provided the space is still available. You will be notified if your space is no longer available along with a list of similar options.

Refunds:

• Requests to cancel a reservation prior to June 30th   will be honored with 100% of the fee refunded. Exhibitors requesting cancellation after July 1st will receive a $20.00 refund. There will be no refunds after show start.
