Friday, July 9, 2021

9 AM – 9 PM         Serving Strawberry Shortcake, Brats, Hot Dogs,  Hamburgers,                                                   Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Mini Pasties, Nachos, Cotton Candy,                                           Pop/Soda

10 AM – 8 PM        Exhibits & Sales of Arts & Crafts

12 Noon – 6 PM     Chassell Heritage Center Open House

 4 PM                        Fish Boil Dinner (Lake Trout, Potato, Carrots, Onion, Roll & Beverage)

 5 PM                        Judging of Strawberries, etc.

6:00 PM                  Children’s Parade in the Open Pavilion

7:00 PM                   Introduction of Queen Candidates, Evening Gown Competition,                                              Citizen of the Year and Youth Citizen of Year Awards, Strawberry                                              Auction

 8:00 PM                 Queen Crowning (time is approximate)

7 AM – 10 AM          Breakfast at the Chassell School by the 

                                   Chassell High School Student Group

7 AM – 10 AM          Car Wash at the Chassell School by the

                                   Chassell High School Student Group

9 AM – 4 PM            Serving Strawberry Shortcake, Brats, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers,                                                   Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Mini Pasties, Cotton Candy, Pep/Soda

9 AM – 4 PM            Exhibits & Sale of Arts & Crafts

11 AM                         Strawberry Festival Parade

12 Noon – 4 PM       Chassell Heritage Center Open House

12 Noon – 3 PM       Live Music by Mike Urbis & Friends - Open Pavilion

1 PM – 5 PM             At the Chassell Boat Launch, Great Lakes Education Programs for                                           all ages – view aquatic organisms!  The Michigan Tech’s Research                                             Vessel Agassiz will depart every half hour starting at 1:00 PM (learn                                         how the Great Lakes are studied by scientists) Children 7 yrs. & up
